If the process of shipping or the payment is in the following situation, we will refund your money or send another product:
- If you buy anything here, the payment will not be made - This site is for academical purposes and we don't sell the products shown here.
- if the ship takes more time than expected to send your product or the product is damage after the ship.
- If you got the wrong package or wrong product.

To apply the refund, the package with the product must not be damage by the customer and has to be sealed and sent in the next 48 hours after the receiving.
